Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We’re happy to accept exchanges or returns for unopened and unexpired items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be accompanied with an order confirmation receipt.
To return an item, send it in the original packaging along with the emailed order confirmation receipt to:

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If your item was received damaged or defective, please contact us at customerservice@randrhealthstore.com. Please provide a copy of your emailed order confirmation along with pictures of the damaged or defective item and shipping container. We will either provide a new replacement item or a full refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. We will also provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us.
